Subscription Terms:

- Quotation is for a 2 year term, 40 user corporate subscription, billed quarterly during the term. The amount quoted above reflects the quarterly recurring fees. The 2 year term starts on the kick-off meeting date.

- Once this estimate/proposal is signed by Innovative Healing Systems, a kick-off meeting can be scheduled. The first quarterly invoice will be due on the day before the kick-off meeting. Subsequent invoices will be sent on a quarterly basis.

- Renewal: we will send a notification 30 days prior to the renewal date.

- Notice of Non-Renewal: to prevent renewal of your subscription, you or we must give written notice of non-renewal and this written notice must be received before the next renewal period begins.

- Client may choose to add more seats to its Corporate Account throughout the term. Additional seats will be charged separately at a prorated amount. As the Corporate Account continues to expand and reaches 70 seats, the next discount tier can be unlocked.  

- During the subscription term and any renewal terms, client may choose to cancel your subscription early, provided that we will not provide any refunds and client will promptly pay all unpaid fees due through the end of the subscription term.

* Flexibility guarantee for client: client may request to allocate an individual seat that was previously allocated to a clinician to another clinician any time during the subscription term.
